You do not need to have it all worked out before you contact us. Describe what is happening in your own words and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right service, what it is likely to cost, and what the calmest next step looks like.

We are a mobile practice, so there is no clinic address to visit. We come to you, or we meet you by video. Postal enquiries can go to our PO Box, and we will send the details on request.

What is useful to include

None of this is required, and a one-line message is perfectly fine. But the more you tell us up front, the more useful our first reply can be.

  • Your pet's name, species, breed and rough age
  • Your suburb, so we can tell you straight away whether we can reach you
  • What has been happening, and roughly when it started
  • Anything that makes it better or worse, including who is present
  • Whether your pet is already under a vet's care, and for what

In-home GP vet care

South Australia only

Vaccinations, skin and ear consults, lumps, senior health checks and pathology, done in your lounge room. Adelaide and South Australia only.

At-home euthanasia

South Australia only

A private goodbye at home, unhurried, with cremation arranged on your behalf. South Australia only.

Behaviour consults in person

Adelaide and Melbourne

In-person behaviour appointments across Adelaide, with regular visits to Melbourne.

Telehealth behaviour consults

Australia-wide

The same consult by secure video, wherever you live. For many behaviour cases it is the calmest option of all.

We travel across Kaurna Country (Adelaide) and Naarm (Melbourne). If you are outside those areas, telehealth is almost always available, and we will say so rather than string you along.
